Camellia Hill is the largest camellia arboretum in Asia, home to thousands of camellia flowers of over 500 species originating in more than 80 countries, including native Korean camellias, baby sis camellias, and numerous European varieties. The arboretum also features many lovely photo spots scattered throughout, making it especially popular for couples and families with children to capture some beautiful memories. During peak season for the camellias, visitors flock here to capture stunning photos with the backdrop of gorgeous flowers in full bloom.

Early summer marks the season for sky-blue hydrangeas, while silver grass and pink muhly fill the gardens in autumn. October is an especially good time to observe the pink muhly grass in full bloom, as well as the exotic pampas grass. Because the garden offers a new face for each season, you’re sure to find your perfect shot any time of the year. The Dolhareubang statues scattered throughout the garden are also decorated in seasonal clothing, creating an element of fun as visitors look around to discover the latest outfits.

The garlands placed throughout the garden in aesthetically pleasing locations add even more charm for photos. These garlands even have a variety of phrases written on them, serving as the perfect props for you to feel the festive vacation vibes.

The famous “Trail of the Sounds of Birds and Wind,” which was used as the backdrop for an Innisfree commercial, as well as the traditional Olle Trail lined with walls of volcanic stone, and the atmospheric forest paths illuminated by twinkling yellow lights, all make ideal settings for photos.

Walking around Camellia Hill takes approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes, but frequent photoshoots can stretch this out. Therefore, we recommend allotting plenty of time for your visit.
