The infinity pool features chic decor with blue and orange accents, offering a serene swimming experience with the views of Jeju’s primordial Gotjawal forests. For younger guests, there’s a dedicated kids’ pool. Sunbeds are plentiful, but for added comfort, you can rent a cabana to fully enjoy the pastoral scenery of Jeju, along with snacks from the poolside bar. The swimming pool is closed from January to March. Don’t worry if you’re visiting during colder months – when open, the pool is heated to ensure a warm enjoyable swim. 


You can also enjoy the refreshing forest air with the hotel’s eco trail. Mercure Ambassador Jeju offers a private forest trail that leads you through the mystical Gotjawal forests on accessible wooden decks. This unique Gotjawal is home to over 30 species of trees, including Songak ivy, willow-leaf evergreen oak, bitterwood, and East Asian hackberry, along with rare species like the green bean fern and East Indian holly fern. These plants thrive among the great chasms and volcanic rock formations that define the Gotjawal forests.
