The Jeju Badang Salad features a mix of fresh Jeju squid, abalone, shrimp, and sesame dressing. The combination of crisp vegetables and seafood creates a comforting and satisfying meal. The Jeju Badang Totbap, on the other hand, offers steamed hijiki rice flavored with abalone innards, topped with grilled squid, Jeju black pork, shrimp, and abalone.
