Jeju’s traditional Heukdwaeji Gui (Grilled Black Pork) is dipped in ‘Mel-jeot’ a Jeju-style brined & fermented anchovy sauce and is also grilled together with Gosari (Ferns), seafood like Abalone, Shrimps, etc. and enjoyed together.
