In our busy lives there are times when we just have to slow down and walk, rather than run. When you do that, you start to see things differently. Nature is always waiting to heal our bodies and our minds. Walking through nature, in the clean air, our bodies become stronger, and our minds open up to new ways of looking at the world.

Jeju Island is awash in movement. From the swaying stocks of eulalia grass, to the twirling blades of the offshore wind turbines. People, too, are a big part of this active island, including its atmospheric flea markets, SNS stars touring Jeju, and even the posts of people documenting their latest Jeju culinary experiences. These are events that come alive much more in video than they do in still photography.
