Jeju Brunch Royal at Island Kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant, is a signature menu item at JW Marriott Jeju. 

Starting with unlimited welcome champagne, the restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience with French caviar, a bread basket with the grainy texture of Jeju's Jusangjeolli Gliff, a main menu, and tea or coffee blends developed in collaboration with Jeju's local tea gardens and roasters. 

In the evening, the hotel offers a sumptuous buffet dinner, Jeju Seafood Royal, featuring fresh seafood and local spirits.

The Jeju Apple Mango Shaved Ice Afternoon Tea Set is booked like crazy. 

The Afternoon Tea Set is a sweet treat made with savory and seasonal produce from the island. 

Also popular is the sweet Kaymak red bean shaved ice with Jeju honey. 

A bowl of shaved ice made with carefully prepared red beans, snowflake soft soybean flour and Jeju milk. 

The side dish of Jeju-style rice cakes is also an eye-catcher. 

The Dancing Crates bakery-cafe is also popular. 

Quirky breads and pastries are served at affordable prices for a luxury resort. 

Bread and goods are sold on one side of the cafe, while the dining area is set up like a cozy theater for a classic, intimate experience.

라운지는 특히나 사람들로 붐빈다. 여름인 만큼 제주 애플망고 빙수 애프터 눈 티 세트가 불티나게 예약되고 있다. 섬의 특산물을 활용한 세이보리와 계절별 대표 작물로 만든 '애프터눈 티 세트'는 달콤한 시간을 선사한다. 또한 제주 꿀이 흐르는 달콤한 카이막 팥빙수도 인기다. 직접 쑤어 알갱이가 살아 있는 팥, 눈꽃처럼 부드러운 콩가루, 제주 우유로 만든 빙수를 한 그릇에 담았다. 곁들임으로 나오는 제주식 기름떡도 눈길을 사로잡는다. 

베이커리 카페 댄싱두루미도 많은 사람들이 찾는다. JW 메리어트 제주 내 F&B 업장에 포진되어 있는 디저트와 페이스트리를 맛본 이들이 ‘빵맛집’이라 감별했다. 응원에 보답하고자 럭셔리 리조트답지 않은 친근한 가격대와 재기발랄한 브레드 & 페이스트리를 펼친다. 주상절리의 결을 닮은 크루아상이 JW 메리어트 제주의 시그니처 브레드다. 든든한 토핑을 가득 실은 보트 포카치아, 수제 앙금을 듬뿍 채운 단팥빵도 인기다. 댄싱두루미의 라인업은 부정기적으로 바뀌어 찾는 재미가 있다. 공간 한 편에는 빵과 굿즈 등을 판매하고, 한 편에는 취식 가능한 공간을 포근한 무드의 극장처럼 꾸며 클래식하고 밀도 높은 시간을 누릴 수 있다.
