When you order the course meal, a miniature garden is prepared on the table. Including "garden of jiseul (potato)," "mushrooms lying on the grass," wild grass juice, pickled cherry tomatoes, seasonal vegetable soup, grilled jumukbab made of brown rice, chaegaejang (vegetarian yukgaejang) are served and herbal tea finishes the meal. The "Brown rice vegetable tteokbokki" is made of sweet potatoes, potatoes, and broccoli, instead of fish cake and has a spicy and sweet taste with apples and sweet persimmons, and thus, it harmonizes with "Grilled brown rice cake." Chaegaejang is boiled with shredded mushrooms, bracken, traditional soybean pastes and soybean sauce.
