Gosori drink, one of the representative distilled liquor of Jeju, is a liquor made by collecting drops from a "Gosori" that is a soju distiller, and takes a lot of effort and time. It has the high alcoholic strength of 40%, but due to its nutty taste of freshly harvested rice, it may be easily enjoyed. Master Heesook Kim is the daughter-in-law of Euljeong Kim, a master of traditional Jeju liquor, and leads the third generation of Jejusuringneunjip with her son. She is the Korean Grand Master of Food No. 84 of the Gosori drink master and has a qualification of Jeju Intangible Cultural Property No. 11 Gosori drink.
