It is a French dining restaurant of Chef Junho Jeon, who worked as a sous chef at a Michelin 2-starred restaurant in New York and worked for "Chez la Vielle" that is a famous restaurant in Paris. The signature is leek salad with leek boiled in salt water, lime sauce, and cashew nuts and rabbit kidney with spicy sauce. Rabbit kidney is a familiar ingredient and has funky yet nutty flavor and soft texture similar to pork liver. The "Sweetbread" using the thymus, a special part of calves, is not easily available due to unstable supply, and thus, it is recommended to order it when it is on the a la carte. The food is contained in the brassware plates to provide a sense of luxury and the course menu slightly changes by season using seasonal ingredients. It is one of the restaurants having diverse wine lists in Jeju, and it organizes the list by producer.
