The CEO Yeonwoo Ryu has enjoyed tea since childhood and after studying abroad in China, tea became water to her. After returning to hometown, Jeju, she checked tea leaves of Jeju. After considering the form of tea that can be enjoyed without resistance by those who are unfamiliar with tea, she made 12 kinds of blended tea using petals and plants. She established the lineup of 20 types of teas including seasonal tea, blended tea for anniversaries such as Christmas, and "Tea of the Day," which is curated based on the season and weather. The tea tasting course operated by reservation provides three types of tea to taste with homemade tea food. You may sit at the tea bar, closely look at the process of infusing tea by the host, and have a friendly conversation about tea. You may also enjoy desserts harmonizing with tea, such as tea gelato, gluten-free sweet pumpkin lemon cake, and matcha affogato.
