Chef Bokhyeon Yoo worked for the dessert team of former UN secretary-general Kimoon Ban and promoted Korean dishes for 10 years in the United States. He, who gave home food lectures, serves fusion style dishes mixed with Western and Korean food with the heart of hospitality to guests. It is a private restaurant with two tables and a reservation is required. Hot tea brewed with homemade syrup starts and ends the course. All ingredients used in the course are Jeju's food ingredients. The signature is vegetables gangjeong that is fried vegetables seasoned with soy sauce and honey. Cooking classes are provided based on seasons, such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and holidays.
