Buncheong celadon with its unique gray-blue aesthetic appeared in the 14 to 16th centuries in the transition period from Goryeo celadon to Joseon Porcelain. Jeju-born potters Soohyeon Kim and Joowon Oh got married and returned to Jeju in 2006 and opened "Araceramic" and maintain the existence of Buncheong celadon. Using the nature of Jeju as motifs, such as the sea over the window, sunset, stone wall, and wind, unique artworks are made by reproducing the natural colors, such as cobalt of Jeju sea, ash of stone wall, yellow of rapeseed, by coating glaze on the inside the porcelain. Inspired by basalt, a teacup decorated with a handle is a signature product and various tableware with wit are exhibited.
