'Moaseo' means 'to gather’ in the Jeju language. In this spirit, Moang has gathered together a menu boasting a variety of baked items like scones, canneles, dacquoise, madeleines, many different cakes, cookies and more. Seasonally, strawberries are their go-to local ingredient in winter and spring. In summer, it’s peaches and blueberries that feature in their fresh cakes and in autumn: figs. Please note that they only sell what they prepare on the day, so it’s always possible that when you visit they may be sold out of certain baked items.
