명당양과는 1980년부터 시작한 제주 토종브랜드이며 2대째 대를 이어 운영을 하고 있습니다.
유기농밀가루와 천연발효종을 이용한 빵과 국내산 쌀가루로 만든 쌀빵부터 직접 끓인 팥을 사용하여 팥빵과 빙수에 사용하고 있습니다.
그외에 제주산 마늘을 사용한 마늘바게트등 오래된 빵부터 트랜디한 빵과 디저트까지 다양한 제품이 준비되어 있습니다.
