The method of grilling meat at this restaurant is to place briquettes on the table and heat the pot lid using the heat from the briquettes, without using electricity or gas. This restaurant controls the fire by using a fan in the hole outside the table to let air in. For side dishes, grilled potatoes, garlic, tofu, and pickled onions are provided. You can also grill it with green onions, kimchi, and bean sprouts on cooking foil and then order fried rice. Before grilling the meat on it, the pot lid is first greased with pork fat. If you order fried rice in the summer, you can also try soybean paste cold soup.
