It is a sushi restaurant located in the Seomun market in Jeju and provides special set-up meals (omakase). All sashimi and dishes are served in plates based on the number of people. Before the main dish, it serves with appetizers, such as deodeok milk to help smooth digestion, sweet shrimp sushi with sea urchin, fresh red sea cucumber viscera. Then, seasonal aged sashimi, such as flatfish, sea bream, yellowtail fish, and assorted seafood plate is served. Based on the characteristics of fishes, aging methods and times are different to make their own flavor. Enjoy the sea of Jeju in one bite by wrapping tuna belly, salmon, and sea urchin with seaweed. For two hours, various sashimi and seafood dishes are served, such as abalone paste, top shell porridge, stir-fried udon flavored with crab, tuna sashimi seasoned with soy sauce, black throat seaperch sushi and grilled black throat seaperch, red sea bream soup.
