흑소랑


It is a restaurant specializing in black kettle and directly managed by "Boreumsoi" in Samseong-dong, Seoul, which was selected as a Michelin 1-starred restaurant in 2017, for the first time as the Korean BBQ. It uses black kettles raised in the farm with clean water of Halla Mountain and sea breeze of Jeju's clear sea, the black kettle includes linoleic acid and stearic acid affecting the flavor of beef two times higher than an imported kettle. The beef is cut into parts and aged for three months using a special technique. It has soft texture and nutty flavor that softly coats your mouth. You may find that side dishes, such as barley kimchi and salad
