It is a local Jeju restaurant managed by Jisoon Kim, Jeju local food master No. 1, and her son Yongjin Yang, local food culinary researcher. It presents traditional deep taste of Jeju made of Jeju food ingredients. You may individually order mom soup made by boiling Sargassum fulvellum, jeopjjakppyeoguk made of a special part and traditionally served to brides, bracken yukgaejang with ripped pork and bracken and buckwheat powder. To taste all, "gamunjanchi table d'hote" is recommended. It consists of goegiban with boiled meat, doombi (dried tofu), sooae (Jeju-style soondae with buckwheat powder) for one serving, raw fish salad with cuttlefish and cat sharks, mom soup, sandeui rice made of precious wild rice.
