Chef Moon Dong-il’s Nokchagoeul in Aewol reinterprets traditional Jeju food with a modern sensibility and introduces various dishes using local ingredients. They opened in Yeon-dong, Jeju-si in August 2003, and moved to their current location in September 2015.
